Shopping with us is as natural as wood itself. To make your selection a joy, we have prepared this short guide.
1. Product selection
Browse our categories or use the magnifying glass to search for a specific item. Each product has a detailed description, dimensions, and information about the wood used.
- Tip: If you are unsure about your selection, don't hesitate to contact us via chat or email.
2. Shopping cart and configuration
Once you find the right piece, click on the "Add to cart" button.
- In the shopping cart, you will see an overview of all selected items.
- You can also apply a discount code here, if you have one.
3. Shipping and payment
In the next step, choose the method that suits you best:
- Shipping: We offer delivery by courier directly to your address or pickup at a delivery point (Zásilkovna/Balíkovna).
- Payment: You can pay securely online by card, by fast bank transfer, or choose cash on delivery.
4. Contact details
Fill in the details of where we should deliver the package. If you are shopping for a company, don't forget to check the box for company details.
- We recommend that you register – your next purchase will then take just a few seconds.
5. Shipping and confirmation
After clicking on "Submit order", you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Once we have carefully packaged your piece of wood and handed it over to the carrier, we will let you know the tracking number.
